Worst customer service I have ever experienced here! I came with my friend who was picking up a device it took forever even with 4 employees present I asked to use the restroom and was told there is not one available to the public .Which was a lie I’ve used to before I can understand if I was just somebody who wasn’t a customer and asked but that was not the case .i am and have been with T-Mobile 13 years by the way .
