My boyfriend and I came here to add him to my plan and upgrade his phone and Omar was so kind and helpful the whole time! He waited patiently and engaged in friendly conversation while my boyfriend had to step aside and sort out issues with his previous carrier, and he also made sure to give us a step-by-step on what he was doing in order for us to better understand! I will remain a loyal customer with T-Mobile and I 100% have Omar to thank for that!
Awesome experience. Clean, climate controlled, affordable. People on site during working hours make it so much better. Super convenient and safe.
If I could do a negative I would. The service from their employee was horrendous. Would not listen. Assumed age impolitely. Just simply refused do what was asked of him.
