My sim card wasnt working. I went to the Los Osos T-mobile 15 minutes before they were going to close and they sent me away telling me to drive to Paso because they lock the doors promptly at closing time. Then I went to Paso (this location) and Jesus and Ethan were amazing! Not only did they fix my phone, but they kept their store open past their closing time to make sure my phone was set up properly. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location:) I would give 10 stars if I could ✨️
Spent an hour plus on the phone with T Mobile support today with no luck. Walked into this store and my issue was resolved in minutes. Super helpful. Wish I had employee names to share, they were great. Will definitely be going back to this store for any future needs.
