I needed a new phone and because of the cost, I couldn't upgrade through Metro by T-mobile because it's prepaid. So I chose T-mobile to switch so I could pay the phone over 2 years. I was confused on how to make this happen. AJ met me as I entered the store. Upon hearing my idea to switch, he immediately helped me feel at ease. He walked me through the whole process.
