I made a call to T mobile corporate today in order to get a new gateway for home internet at the nearest T mobile store and was told by the representative to come in the next morning because they closed in 20 minutes! I’ve been a customer for many years and don’t understand why I have to deal with slow internet any longer than I have been. All I had to do was give them the old gateway and retrieve a new one which takes less than 10 minutes..
Gabriel was extremely helpful and took my personal needs over the sale and found me exactly what I needed. This store location has a very welcoming staff and would recommend this store to anyone.
This is the best customer service I’ve ever seen! Holly went above and beyond to help me get my pictures of my son off my old phone that I didn’t back up. I highly recommend to everyone to visit this store if you need any assistance. The world needs more workers like Holly!
Holly was wonderful in helping us switch from Verizon to tmobile and explained everything to where we could understand it and save the most money with our switch highly recommend her for your cell service needs
