After having difficulty getting account support over the phone, I decided to head to the store and see if I could get some help. I was greeted by the smiling, warm presence of Nathen who listened intently to my concerns, validated them, and immediately jumped in to help. He took the entire issue into his own hands and even called support on my behalf to get things remedied.
