After having difficulty getting account support over the phone, I decided to head to the store and see if I could get some help. I was greeted by the smiling, warm presence of Nathen who listened intently to my concerns, validated them, and immediately jumped in to help. He took the entire issue into his own hands and even called support on my behalf to get things remedied. Wasted 3 hours with our entire family switching our phones over and then at the very end we were told the "free" phones required a HUGE down payment.

We were greeted immediately when we walked into the store. All of our questions were answered by our personable sales rep. The added benefits, as well as the lower cost of switching T-mobile, were explained in detail so we could feel confident in leaving our wireless provider. We also switched to T-mobile internet for additional savings. We would definitely recommend T-mobile. It was a real positive experience!
