Had a pleasant experience today with Philip as I got no help solving my issues online or over the phone. Came in and was out the door with a smile on my face within 25 mins!
Went here for my free Tuesday cup! One of the girl works said there are 4 left. So another guy worker said “you want me to get them?”. The girl worker says “no”. I respond so there isn’t 4 left? I guess the workers keep it them for themselves. T-Mobile needs to do better!
i dealt with abel in the store, he said he was unable to help & instead of directing me to someone or calling someone who could help. he stated that there was nothing he could do & so he would be helping the next customer. it was extremely dismissive & unhelpful, i wouldn’t recommend coming to this store
very helpful and honest. This is the corporate store, where you get treated as a customer, not a commission. Never go to third party stores, especially the Victor Valley mall store. They will scam you and then leave you to call or visit the corporate store to fix their mess on your account.
