One of the worst T-Mobile stores that I have been to. Really a tragedy because the company has good products and services but the people working at this location do not care at all and are not interested in helping customers. Highly recommend going to another location as the people who work here make mobile service more difficult for customers, lack knowledge about basic things like transferring data from one phone to the other.
The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Not helpful, waste time and I am not going back. No thanks and I will keep Verizon. They need better training.
They are constantly rude here….. I wish we could just do everything online, so we don’t need to come to the store. Manager needs to pay attention to the customer service at this location
Manager and assistant manager are extremely rude and not helpful.
