T-Mobile only has 2 locations for people to pick up their free. Items, and then when you go pick Em up, they're all sold out. I tried to call before I drove all the way up here. To see if they had any left and they kept hanging up on me. This is a rude Dail road and the trader Joe's parking. Lot
After couple days with other stores, Austin helped me solve my problem. He is very knowledgeable and sincere to customers.
The person I spoke to was very Rude. She wouldn't listen to me, she kept interrupting me like she knew everything and trust me didn't. Now because of her I lost out on my refund 85.00
Gonzo went above. hes a true asset
