I gave this review 5 stars because all the staff at the Olean store were helpful and professional. Cole Lent addressed an issue I had and I was out of there within 5 minutes!! It was Tuesday and another associate came over with the gift for me without me asking! Thank you t-Mobile team!!! Your help was tremendously appreciated!!!
Robert Dakota was not very friendly when I went back in to inform him that our bill was 100 dollars more then what he said it would be sat there and told me to quit saying it was a hundred dollars more it was only 30 funny because when we bought the phones he said it would be 150 it was actually 250 he said I was the only one to every come back and say that luckily the managers took care of it got the bill down to what it should be I appreciate them but robert dakota I wouldn't deal with that guy if you go in there

Robert was more interested in arguing with us than he was answering questions or making a sale. Very condescending, very rude. If he's any indication of how tmobile treats customers, I'm glad we didn't go through with the switch
