Celly was so amazing - she went above and beyond to help me solve my all my problems that keep snowballing into other issues. She did so with patience that went past what she was required to do. I hope I don't have to go back again but if I do I will for sure be asking for her!
Araceli was super helpful definitely best T-Mobile employee out there, all the employee's there are helpfull, only one who sometimes has an attitude is the manager but thankfully she does not help you out she only grabs your number and the other employees help us out I've been helped out by marcos, Walter celly they are all great! Still one of my favorite stores. Worth the wait!
I am surprised by the nasty and unprofessional attitude of a sales rep named Juli. I was here 2weeks ago to just to purchase internet service, I retunred today to give her my new card for auto payment as the last one got compromised. I told her she helped me the last time and she said "that does not mean I know your number". There are better ways to speak to a client to make them feel respected and valued. I am 50yrs old and I am sure I can be her mother. These folks need to be trained on quality customer service.
Marcos was very helpful, although the issue was out of anyone's control, very knowledgeable and friendly. This location is also ideal as there r a few vendors in walking distance.
Celly was so amazing, she fixed my phone within seconds!! Great work Celly
