Had my problem taken care of in less than 5 minutes, great experience.
Went to go pick up my new phone. Brittany was amazing. She helped me set it up and walked through everything with me. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Best location. I would go again.
BRAXTON THE STORE MANAGER JUST ADDED THE PHONE PROTECTION TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WANTED IT. UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL. I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD THE PROTECTION PLAN UNTIL I RECEIVED A WELCOME FROM THEM. I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A RECEIPT OR ANY INFORMATION ON THIS PROTECTION PLAN THAT BRAXTON ARBITRARYLY APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND HE BROKE THE LAW.
