Low efficiency, very unhappy experience
Greatly appreciate everyone in this store that has helped me with my phone problems
Bae went above and beyond to make sure I got my number from my prepaid t mobile account to my postpaid. She was so amazing
Bae helped me with my upgrade and data transfer. She was very helpful. Her customer service was so good.
Alma was a great help. I don't have T-Mobile service I have assurance wireless but that didn't stop her from helping me to fix my phone and transfer my information to my new phone. Thank you real customer service where they put people over making a quick dollar really does exist here.
