I am highly upset with the service I have received from the T-Mobile representatives at the store located at 1024 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10459 (Representative: Michelle). I specifically requested for my phone to be delivered to the store for pickup; however, the entire delivery process has been a complete inconvenience. Friendly smiling environment as I walked in. I was so stressed my phone went dead and did not have a working phone when I arrived. Representative Aris A showed me a new phone to purchase along with a promo sale of phone watch which was free when purchasing a new phone. Very satisfied on professional courteous service.
