I am highly upset with the service I have received from the T-Mobile representatives at the store located at 1024 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10459 (Representative: Michelle). I specifically requested for my phone to be delivered to the store for pickup; however, the entire delivery process has been a complete inconvenience.
