Friendly smiling environment as I walked in. I was so stressed my phone went dead and did not have a working phone when I arrived. Representative Aris A showed me a new phone to purchase along with a promo sale of phone watch which was free when purchasing a new phone. Very satisfied on professional courteous service.
On three separate occasions, I have encountered significant issues at the store, both for purchasing purposes and during T-Mobile’s free item distribution events. Each time I visit, there is a recurring problem with the T-Mobile staff. When attempting to redeem the free items, they act as if they are the ones responsible for paying for the distribution. UPDATE: My setup was smoothly yet done allllll wrong. I ended up paying more for no reason. They put a bogus address down for the wifi tower to sell me the whole shebang. Got home and my address is not in the coverage area. I ended up having to file a complaint when customer service found out they put a bogus address to sell me the device. The wifi was the whole reason for the visit. So we could have went elsewhere for all of our services. This was back in September and still can't believe I didn't update this!
