went in today 12 11 2019. started the process for 4 new lines. Was a little over a thousand dollars cash for everything. however a immediate family emergency involving finances arose and I had to back out of my not quite completed phone plan. without EVER EVEN GETTING TO TOUCH A PRODUCT I was charged $250 of my xmas money for a restock fee and I never left the store . -5 stars for t mobile. fuckng jews
