Terrible store bad management.
Be alert of this Tmobile store!!! I ordered a iphone last September. And just found out they were charging me $18 per month for the phone insurance which I did not asked. And they did not tell me! When I called them ask for refund. They said all phones sell here comes with that and refuse for the refund!!!
Issue with my husband's phone. Gentleman who assisted us not only fixed it but showed us what to do if it happens again! Wonderful! And kibd6 and patient... Thank you so much!!
Don't ever going to this place the people working in their is a scam they give you a false information.
