Terrible service around Peachtree City and metro Atlanta. I’ve had service since May 26th and am out of service more than I’m in. I’m unreadable unless at home, connected to my WiFi. Same for my husband. Bought 2 iPhone X’s to take advantage of their BOGO (where I’d receive a $700 MasterCard). Asked if their phones were locked and was told they are until they’re paid off. Okay, then asked if any penalty for paying them off and was told no. Lies. All lies. It’s June 15, so it’s been 3 weeks since we joined and they won’t proc... read more

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. I hate that you feel deceived that definitely is not our intention in the store. We try very hard to assist every customer to the best of our ability. As with any carrier you do have to have service a minimum of 45 days to unlock a device. I hate that your area did not have the reception that you were happy with. This is the only store I will visit. Sandra & Chris are always pleasant and helpful. They have saved me many times.
