I don’t recommend the Exton location at all!!! I got my iPhone 11 less than 48 hours ago (from another store where the staff was helpful and pleasant)...and the phone only works when attached to WiFi! I went to the Exton, Pa location, stood there for an hour, and the kid that worked there told me I would have to go to the Apple store to swap it out!!!! That is just poor customer service!!!!
