My experience with T-Mobile was frustrating from start to finish. I waited an unreasonable amount of time just to be helped, which already set the tone. Once I was finally attended to, things only got worse.I have insurance on my current phone, yet the staff claimed they couldn’t replace the correct screen. El peor error que puedes hacer es cambiarte a esta compañía las personas de ahí son inexpertos no tienen ni idea de lo que realmente te ofrecieron son unos estafadores te dan promociones que no son válidas y ya cuando has echo el contrato te suben la cuota a algo que no está en tu presupuesto y luego se niegan a ayudarte llamas a servicios al cliente y dicen que lo arregles con la tienda y ni la valentía de contestar la llamada tienen no le recomiendo a nadie este lugar
Mohammad was very helpful patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. 10/10 on professionalism. It is nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about their job and the people they are trying to help. Despite how busy it was he remained calm and made sure all of our needs were taken care of!
This location doesn’t even deserve the one star. A rep by the name of Josue “helped” me yesterday. I requested to simply upgrade my phone & looked at my account today to only realize 2 additional watches were added at an additional cost after being advised it was a promotion and I would not be financing them. Please do not go to this location unless you’re willingly looking to get scammed. I do plan on getting this rectified immediately.
I went this place, till 11:20 am the business was close, this is unprofessional.and 11:23 am the one of representatives come and the show me attitude and so disrespect.
