Kudos to Raza Ali, of T-Mobile at 299 Clay Pitts Rd. a very professional, knowledgeable and patient young man who resolved a problem with my daughter's, mother's phone. He took just shy of 2 hours to fix the problem all while maintaining a cool calm collective demeanor and I just can't say enough positive things about him. What an asset this young man is to this business.
Huge shoutout to Raza at T-Mobile! He helped both my sister and I upgrade our phones and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress free. He was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and on top of that, really nice and funny, which made the experience even better! Raza took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!
