My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at the T-Mobile store thanks to Cristal. She spent an incredible amount of time with us setting up our new accounts and getting all our new phones ready. Cristal was patient, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire process. Called in to check to see if they had the iphone in stock. Lady on the phone told me they do came in 5 mins after waited 50 mins asked if they had the phone once again once i was asked my info told me they didnt have the phone. Wasted time for reason seemed like they were holding the phone for another customer, Definitely wont be back here.
Store was closed 10 mins early. Just needed to put service back in an iPad after I got out of work:/
Just want to say how great Sahar the store manager is. Always greated with smile, does not matter how busy or what time of the day is. Always able to resolve any issues I might have. Love my new phone and services.
