Raz is the absolute best! He handled a complex transition from old service provider and was patient during the whole experience. He even came into work in his day off to address last minute changes.
I just had to give this store a review. I have never experienced service like I just did 10 min ago. I walked expecting either a long wait, people who don't really know about phones or the call this number, because we can't do it in the store. I got the complete opposite. A super knowledgeable and friendly person, I think she was the manager. She asked me all my concerns and told me we will take care of all your concerns..and actually did. Sarha @T-Mobile in East Northport on Clay Pit Road was absolutely a shining star. She helped to set up five lines with Apple watches. She set up our daughters phone who lived in California. She put on the screen protectors. She did a fabulous deal for us. She was a godsend. I’ve had bad experiences, setting up phones in the past, and it was so joyful to have her just use her gifts and talents in making customers like myself so happy.
