I simply wanted to replace my old phone. I don’t remember it ever being this much of a hassle before. The salesperson told me she couldn’t sell me any new phones and that all she could do was trade my phone in for one that I wasn’t interested in (newer version of same device, which I had many issues with). She was also very pushy trying to get me to add a line to my account that I didn’t need, as well as to purchase a tablet with the new phone that I attempted to decline multiple times. What a colossal headache.
Could never have gotten through without the friendly, smart, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE support of Sahar, the East Northport T-Mobile store manager. So thankful!!
