Hi, I recently went to the West Islip T Mobile store. I had an issue with T-Mobile and they were able to help me with my issue and take care of everything for me. It was a very good experience. I had a malfunctioning phone. The owner was so patient taking much time to repair my phone. The store is better than 5stars and the owner is a stand up guy. Would buy a phone or plan from his store any day.
