Ernesto is THE BEST Customer Service Rep in the cell phone industry. I have upgraded my phone many times, and it definitely can be a hassle. I switched over from Verizon to T-mobile, Ernesto went above and beyond to assist me with dealing with verizon who gave ma hard time switching after being a dedicated customer for 18 years. I needed my final bill sent to me and they were making it impossible for me to receive.
