This store has the most knowledgeable people out of any T-Mobile I've ever dealt with.
Tried to ask a few questions about my bill. Neither of the employees wanted to help me, and then magically, their system was "down" and they couldn't help me. What garbage customer service. I'm changing my phone service as soon as I can.
Never buy a phone from t mobile..they give only one answer" i don't know what to do with this"..how to fix it...two worst experience in this month with t mobile... Never recommended this network service...
Dont buy sprint or T-Mobile they only work on wifi.
