Went to the store after having issues with 611 over my bill. Went the the store where two employees helped me out the best they can and explained everything to me and even helped lower my bill. Left very happy and satisfied with the help I received.
Best customer service ever, went to the store to get a new phone and they were so nice from the moment I walked in the store. Helped me with my transfer and made sure all my information was in my new phone. I will 100% recommend this store.
I visited this store to sign up for new phone service, but they did not provide any paperwork or documentation for the transaction. When I got home, I checked the promotion details on the official website log in and realized that the plan they set up for me was not the promotion I had specifically requested. Absolute garbage customer service. Waited 30 minutes for someone to help and then just walked out. I noticed one worker was on a personal call with all these customers waiting. Trash! Never coming to this place again.
My phone had been offline for 7 days, and I called 611 to explained my situation to him he said i was eligible for a warranty exchange. 611 customer service sent the phone to the 286 main street location in hackensack On Feb 12, 2026 i walked into tmobile to exchange my phone..
