Been trying to get a new phone for a week now. T Mobile sent me a message saying my phone is no longer compatible with their system. Ive been having problems with my texts, calls, and emails. I went to T mobile 3 times in person to try and get a new phone. I called their customer service number and I was sent in circles over a minor issue. Terrible customer service. The workers have attitudes. Also I had an internet box from them THAT I RETURNED mind you and they still charged me for not returning it. For your sake go to a different provider.
