The sign on the door says 10:00am - 8:00pm. Approached door at 7:37pm and the door was locked with employees still inside. They appear to be cleaning up the store and this guy with glasses was shouting "this store is closed"! Only have 2 months to go before the contract expires, so I'll be looking for another provider.
they have up to 3 employees at the store and maybe 1 speaks english or proper english. This thing that looked like it crawled out of the sewer stated that they are unable to process a payment because i didnt have my ID. Went on to state its a company guideline. Went on to find out that it was a FALSE statement. The north bergen store stated that you do not need an ID to process a payment. The main street store does this so they can upsell you you garbage products.
Poor service.
