I visited 2/17/2023 around 3:30 pm. I recently upgraded and went in to have my old phone sent back as a trade-in since I did the process outside of store. If I’m not mistaken, the website said that customers could take the trade-ins to any store to have this done so they wouldn’t have to worry about packaging, shipping, getting a label, etc. Well, when I told this store what I came for, they were confused and asked if I was given a shipping label or anything and I told them no due to everything the website said.
