The sales lady in the front don’t know manners .we went to purchase plan and she don’t even greet us , don’t even ask why we were there, left and now heading to other T- mobile store .
I had a fantastic experience at this T-Mobile location, thanks especially to Yari. My phone broke, and like a fool, I had forgotten my Apple ID password. From the moment I walked in, everyone here was kind and welcoming. Yari was patient, incredibly tech savvy, and willing to go above and beyond helping me. She worked hard to troubleshoot recovering my password and did her best to restore my old phone before we even discussed purchasing a new one.
