I’m very pleased with the manager, Ken. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. Everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this store and appreciate the excellent customer service!
Terrible service. I went in to ask about my Protection 360 plan because I knew I had it and had been paying for it for 2 years and 7 months. The person who helped me had a dismissive attitude and didn't seem to understand what I was saying. My phone was completely destroyed, and I couldn't access anything. The only thing he did was give me the IMEI number for my phone and told me to submit a claim on the website. Hi came in today not knowing anything about anything trying to get my daughter an Apple Watch, thank god for Kevin and Iris who explained to me the entire process and made this purchase such a friendly and delightful experience!! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend anyone looking for wonderful service to visit this store. They are patient and so kind, and really made sure I was getting the best deal.
