Very unprofessional service. The staff lacked product knowledge and had no understanding of T-Mobile's small business offerings. Poor customer service—felt like a complete waste of time.
5 ⭐️ to T-Mobil!! AT&T screwed me over so hard. Ken is the man and helped me and my sister out tremendously! Not only helping us out in every way possible to switch over, but also personally reaches out to make sure everything is okay! Appreciate this place!
Ken has been nothing but helpful, my bill had severely increased because of another employee who did not give me the promotion that was promised. Ken took the time to fix the issue, lower my bill and sent up a plan. He took the time to expain every step. He very kind and very professional.

Ken from the tmobile store in Ronkonkoma was the best to deal with. I have been with AT&T for 15 years and decided to finally shop around for better deal on service and Ken took the time to look at my bill and compare my att plan to what it would look like at Tmobile, saving me so much time and money running around.
