Iris is awesome!! My son purchased a flip phone, and he couldn't get texts from my android phone. We went back several times, and Iris worked tirelessly to help rectify the situation until it was resolved. She was very professional, and helpful. Give thos girl a raise!!

To the snooty curvy girl with the glasses who was working yesterday around 3:00..... Thanks for doing NOTHING to help my mom and I get a line shut down because I lost my phone at a concert. After not being able to get T-Mobile on the phone like you said....because we had to "call 611" we went to a different T-Mobile store. They shut my line down. The sales lady in the front don’t know manners .we went to purchase plan and she don’t even greet us , don’t even ask why we were there, left and now heading to other T- mobile store .
