Great service incredibly helpful. Edit: this is the third time I’ve been to the store today. They told me to come back to pay an activation fee and I’m still waiting for them to charge me. Also, they told me to bring back equipment they told me not to return and then said they don’t need it. I’m fed up with T-Mobile.

Thank you managers Keneth and Kevin for assisting the family we are always leaving this location satisfied. Keneth assisted us with our account at least 3 times now in the last year, we recommend anyone with t mobile or phone needs to visit him for savings and great deals. Thank you ronkonkoma t mobile !

Employees did not know how to operate their system to utilize the credit that was already on my prepaid account. So I googled it, and google said all I had to do was add the remaining amount and T-Mobile will automatically add the credit that is already on my account to fulfill the bill. The employees need some more training...
