I went into this store completely ready to chew someone’s head off because the former manger completely messed up my bill and lied to me. However, when I got to the store to my surprise they informed me he was fired. Well I really shouldn’t be surprised. I so excited this team is under new management! I had such a great experience at this store. Full transparency and the customer service was a breath of fresh air. If I could give ten stars I would.
Total scam these guys. I went to add a line to get a new phone. They made me change the plan. Told me I was eligible for free Tablet and Hot spot device. Never told me I had to pay for the service on them devces. Also specifically told me my bill would be $155/mo plus $20 for the new phone. After a month when I got my bill, it was $229. This is good place for T-Mobile phone sales, to pay T-Mobile phone bills, account info, etc. etc.
I needed to buy a new phone and was assisted by John...Let me just say what an absolute gentleman this guy was...I always get stressed out and feel like an idiot when it comes to researching and buying a new phone and John held my hand and walked me through the whole process. I've been with T Mobile 18 years... He just reminded me why....Thanks John
