Should be 0 stars. Refused to answer my questions and take a look in my account. Was told he doesn't "have to explain why he doesn't want to open my account" and how it triggers something in their processes. I've seen bad customer service, this might be the worst...

I just want to thank Joseph in particular for everything he did to help me last Saturday. There were a few problems and he made sure everything was ok and I was happy when I left that store. The rest of the staff there were also very nice and helpful but Joseph truly went the extra mile and I really appreciate it.

I went in today to switch my phone over and they just did not want to be bothered. The lady was Texting on her phone and then just left the room the guy that was there got annoyed because of my questions with the SIM card. I’m not very knowledgeable with electronics and I even said I’m sorry I don’t work at a phone store.
