What a fantastic experience. Staff was amazing, good vibe and felt welcome. I'm so glad I switched from att. Everyone was very knowledgeable and took the time needed with my family and I even tho they were super busy.
We had to replace our phones as one of the phones was lost or stolen. Both Emmy & Saad were extremely helpful in replacing the one phone & switching the other phone. Thanks to u both for all your valuable assistance.
Should be 0 stars. Refused to answer my questions and take a look in my account. Was told he doesn't "have to explain why he doesn't want to open my account" and how it triggers something in their processes. I've seen bad customer service, this might be the worst...
I just want to thank Joseph in particular for everything he did to help me last Saturday. There were a few problems and he made sure everything was ok and I was happy when I left that store. The rest of the staff there were also very nice and helpful but Joseph truly went the extra mile and I really appreciate it.
