I switched from verizon after 20years .... was a big jump !!! Sahar is amazing and spent time walked me through the process and then next day I went back and signed up- i saved $50 a month and the service is perfect !! I miss nothing that i had before and the kids are thrilled with 10g hot spot for each of there phones and i cancelled my netflix because I got it for free.!! And they paid the kids iphones off. Saved a ton of $ I only wish I did it earlier!! Only suggestion for T mobile is get some SEATS for the staff and cust... read more
