CAUTION: Recently, I was in a T- Mobile store. I was looking for information to save on my bill. The associate sold me a bill of goods. They not only offered to lower my bill but also offered to upgrade my phones and take care of all cost associated with the transfer. Now that I’m no longer with Verizon, I owe them $1200. T-Mobile said they have done everything they can. THIS STINKS FROM THE GETGO!
