Terrible customer service experience today. Last time I came here, the staff was friendly and walked me through all of their plans nicely. But today when I walk in to get the plan, a female associate rudely tells me that I need an appointment to able to get a plan. They never told me that I need an appointment until I walked into the store. What a waste of time!
This was my first time opening a phone line on my own and I had the BEST experience with Sean. He answered all my questions clearly and with patience. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
Sean was super great he helped me get a new Apple Watch and help me use my 55+ discount it was great
Sierra was so sweet love her energy
