Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. I visited this location today to open a prepaid/data-only line. I am a Spanish citizen with my valid passport and cash in hand to pay upfront. Since my English is basic, I used a voice translator on my phone to clearly explain my request (a simple data plan for $35–$40/month).
