Tre S. from the T-Mobile store in McKinney, Texas went out of his way to help me today. He spent over 4 hours with me to deal with an issue porting my phone from AT&T to T-Mobile. To the point he let me borrow his personal cell while mine was not working. If anyone wants amazing service Tre at this location is an absolute HERO!!! Thank YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in and Sierra and the rest of the T-Mobile team really took care or me and my girlfriend super easy and quick
I came in earlier this week with my son and granddaughter looking for a family plan. So we can get new phones they were super nice and transparent about everything we would be getting and paying for with out hiding anything and they weren’t being to pushy making us feel like we had to have all the gadgets which was great Customer service was a 10/10 thank you a lot Sean we love our new service
