Terrible service, everyone there doesn't know how to treat customers, apart from the establishment smelling really bad, They didn't want to print my cancellation invoice, and in addition to lying, they first say one thing about payment and then another. They are not informed about the policies and how to try to help customers.
If I could leave this store 10 stars I would. I came in and worked with Jailenne, we got straight to the point of my needs. I was in and out in no time! Absolutely great Service!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Went to upgrade my phone. Was told my bill would only increase by $20. It increases by $30. The salesman automatically enrolled me in the insurance, I had to call customer service to get it removed. & the salesman added two extra phone lines to my phone plan without my knowledge or permission! Was told by the store manager I could return my old to the store. Within a week there was a new manager & she refused to take my old phone. So I had to send my own old phone back to T-Mobile via UPS. save yourself a lot headache, I been with them for more the. 7 year they basically tell me to f myself over a brocken phone witch a was paying insurance for it, comcast ,verizon, so many out there better customers service they're recently change make suggest they going out of business soon
