I went in to pay my bill for my student and the representative named Mox Patel was very rude to us. He kicked us out the store and said to go to a different store because he didn't want to take a bill pay. I was reported it to a different T-Mobile store. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS REPRESENTATIVE EVER MOST RUDE PERSON IVE MET IN MY LIFE.
We visited the Hatfield T Mobile Tuesday evening. There was one person “working “. He was not at all interested in helping the couple who came in before us or my husband and myself. I was happy when I got my phone there about 2 years ago but service has seriously decreased and I would not recommend them at all.
This place is genuinely awful. 😠 The service was horrendous, and the overall experience was a total letdown. 👎 I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 😤 long waiting time and its time to switch from T- Mobile.
Everytime I go here to get a screen protector replaced they tell me they can’t do it without a manger.. seems a manger is never there ! I pay for insurance for this reason and can’t get a replacement.. taking my business elsewhere..
Anthony, who's apparently the store manager was extremely rude with us. He objected to us going in and out of the store. His reason was that the door registers a "new customer" every time it's opened. And he also mentioned it was his store policy and we had to respect it. This took place in front of a few other customers and we were extremely embarrassed to be put in this situation. All these years of being a TMobile customer only to be insulted over entering and exiting their store a few times.
