My wife and I went to this store to purchase a new iPhone on our plan. We have been T-Mobile customers for many years. While attempting to spend over $850 on a new phone at the store, we were kept waiting while the sales person disappeared into the back room. After waiting at least 15 minutes in an uncomfortably warm store with no explanation as to why the sales person had not returned, we decided to leave and complete our purchase via either the online Apple Store or Amazon. Bad attitudes and no help whatsoever....just wanted to sell me another phone .. aggitating and annoying. Terrible experiences !
The lady was not helpful at all. Didn’t even try to listen the problems.
