Switched from another carrier was told two lines a watch and tablet (which I didn’t need) wld be 40 dollars cheaper than what I was paying with ATT . I asked multiple times what am I missing here .. Mox assured me nothing yuur bill will be cheaper— this is NOT the case It’s exactly the same price! I would have never made the switch the goal was to decrease my bill. T-Mobile on Bethlehem Pike is the best customer service I have ever received. Gordon the manager and staff, welcoming, accommodating, skilled, effective. Recommend highly, tell them the little old lady in the baseball cap sent you. Enjoy!

Today I went to visit the store, the employees are not at all responsible. They are not willing to work actually. Whenever the customer are entered minimum responsible "hello, how can I help you?". But these people simply sitting and saying what? .

I’m very disappointed with how I was treated at this T-mobile store today by the manager. A week ago I upgraded my internet plan for a cheaper bill the same manager told me that I had to wait until the end of the bill cycle for me to return my old internet box for my new plan to stay at the price. He specifically said I can return it to any T-Mobile store. Today I go there to return my internet old box he tells me that I can’t return the internet box there and I have to wait another month for me to return it. He lied to me a... read more
