Stopped in to pick up an iPhone charger and was told they don’t sell phone chargers and to go to Best Buy in Montgomeryville. What kind of phone store doesn’t sell chargers? This location seems shady and I recommend avoiding this location.
My family and I have been T mobile customers since 7//7/25. I have had to come back to store around 10 times since that date. Due somethings been incorrectly explained and handled with us switching to T-Mobile. Within all of these times of having to return to this store. The Regional Manager Bobby told my wife and I that he was going give us a $200 credit on our account. For the inconvenience and hassle that we have dealt with since joining T-mobile. Last couple times I've come to this store there has been an issue. Closed with an empty store because they are short staffed or can't process cause the manager is off and won't be back for a few days.
