I just upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 16e at the T mobile location in Wall NJ. Due to the knowledge and help from Pat, the transfer of information from my 11 to my 16e was perfect! I was so relieved because I’m always concerned about losing information, especially pictures! Any issues I had he resolved them all before I left!
