I just upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 16e at the T mobile location in Wall NJ. Due to the knowledge and help from Pat, the transfer of information from my 11 to my 16e was perfect! I was so relieved because I’m always concerned about losing information, especially pictures! Any issues I had he resolved them all before I left! Our experience as a family of 3 switching over to T-Mobile, and all getting new phones was phenomenal. Our Sales Associate was Julianna, she was so friendly and upfront from the start. She worked with us with our specific questions and any concerns we had. She patiently waited with us as my parents transferred to their new phones and when we hit snags and complications she was committed to getting it resolved.
