So disappointed. This location usually has terrific representatives. I came in because I was unable to update bill payment information on the buggy new T-Life app. The person at the counter (Patrick) offered to pay my bill for two extra charges (no autopay discount and in person fee, even though T-MOBILE is at fault), stated they have no options other than the extra charges because that is the way the system is set up, and offered no further assistance.
