Joel was a great help After being on the phone with tech for an hour and 45 minutes, they contacted him and let him know. I was on the way in and he had me out of the store within minutes. Totally set up and ready to go. I am impressed without initiative. The staff are at this location. Keep up the good work
Incredibly disappointed in the service at this location as a longtime T-Mobile customer. Not one of the three employees could be of assistance after Apple sent us back to them after they sold us a bad iPhone less than a month ago. They didn’t attempt to be helpful and were even condescending in their explanation that there was nothing they could do. This was our second poor experience at this location. It’s worth driving elsewhere.
Don’t bother coming to this store. Not helpful at all. We wanted to upgrade and they didn’t have stock (which is fine) but they refused to look up the account, articulate the new bill or have them shipped to us. They literally said they are more focused on new customers right now. I get all that but come on not at the cost of loyalty from existing customers. Just go to the town center or Hodges or the one on A1A. Save yourselves some time and energy.
This location is always so helpful and nice. Especially Carson, Donnell, Iyana, and Amayah. The comment below really disturbs me because I know this staff does not pay attention to race or any other kind of discrimination. You actually do have to go through the app to purchase a new phone and their phone inventory is limited so if they told you there were no more phones thats the truth. They dont lie there. I highly recommend this location as they really care and go beyond to help.
I have been with T Mobile since 2009. I stopped by to get a new phone. For some reason the young mam there did and would not help me. I am not sure if I was bothering him from being in the back of the store or my race since I am in Jacksonville Beach area. He stated that he had no Samsung phones available. He suggested to go on the app and order straight from T Mobile. I felt disrespected and a total waste of time. Maybe someone should let him know that older black men buy phones also. Smh.
