Donnell at T-Mobile was amazing in helping my son! He was patient, kind, and made sure my son understood all the options without feeling overwhelmed. Donnell took the time to answer every question and guided him through the process with professionalism and care. It was such a smooth experience, and my son left feeling confident and supported. Highly recommend Donnell if you want someone who genuinely goes above and beyond!
Came in the store with quite the unique issue with my phone service, despite my frustration, Carson and Donnell helped tremendously. No regrets upgrading especially with a help of generous employees! Never close this location
Had a great interaction with the staff in this T-Mobile. Everyone was eager to help and very good at it. Carson and Michelle did great helping work out some issues with my new phone!
Went in to possibly switch cell phone providers and get an upgraded phone. Carson helped me, was very knowledgeable and professional I got the phone I wanted and a new tablet! The process was smooth, I'm very pleased and highly recommend this store. The store manager Donnell was helpful, as well. Excellent prices, procedures and experience 100/10
