Worst experience ever in a T-Mobile store. Assisted by Donnell, nothing was possible. Was treated with disrespect, lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism. Later went to Ponte Vedra T-Mobile office where Deedee assisted, where every request a had was possible .

Went in to check out new phones 📱 and get assistance with my account. Spoke to Joel who gave amazing customer service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service and phones. Store was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly, highly recommend 👌🏽
