Find Another T-Mobil Store. The employees here are uninformed and poorly trained. They definitely don't want to be bothered with customers. My first visit, my battery wasn't holding a charge. I have the extended warranty. I was told to go to a repair shop. Another store replaced my phone. This time my screen was cracked. They told me to file a claim on the website. Went in to switch providers and am glad I did! Great service, great savings, great deals on the phones. Super happy with this store in particular, I did try another store first and wasn’t greeted as nice or helped as kindly. I believe it was Derrika and Evan there at Jax Bch store today.. Came in for SIM chip. No waiting. Helpful staff served me immediately. Got an eSIM for free and was on my way. Definitely recommend 10/10.
