Great experience and good for business! The manager and his team helped me upgrade my phone and set me up with a new plan to save me money. I highly recommend this location!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there and tried to turn my phone in like I was told yesterday by a different location. I asked them if I could bring it to the location closer to me and they told me yes. The guy at this location completely dismissed me and told me if it’s deferred he can’t do anything. I was not told it was deferred, I was told to come to T-Mobile and have them erase my phone and they would take it. I lost my phone, and as soon as I realized that I ran straight to this location to get assistance. Both gentlemen were right there to help me calm down, and remotely secure my device right away; one of the gents even took the time to walk around with me trying to find my phone. Lo and behold my phone was located and recovered. I will never forget their kindness & willingness to be there for me during such a scary situation.
