Huge shout out to Carson who stayed past closing to make sure that I was properly taken care of at T-mobile after encountering an issue when trying to set up my new account over the phone. Carson took the steps needed to make sure I left with the account I wanted in place, and he was not upset that it took longer than expected and that he had to stay a bit past closing to make sure that I was a happy customer.
