Staff needs to do a better job being thorough with their work. I purchased a new iPhone today and a $300 down payment to ship. I let the associate know that this was my old address and to please update. There was an issue with the iPad and had to run order again and he did not update address (realized this when I got a text about order) I was very easy and patient throughout the whole process. Juaquin was amazing and made our complicated request as easy as he could. He even went and grabbed a chair from the back so our son could sit and relax while he waited for us to finish. Wonderful to work with

They never connected me to the T MOBILE network after purchasing a new phone. They NEVER tried or made suggestions to fix my old phone... I got the help I needed when I called T MOBILE customer service. THE STORE EMPLOYEES WERE USELESS.

3 gentlemen were very helpful and patient. The girl that was working had an attitude problem and was not helpful, wouldn’t even give me a number to call to cancel my payment.
