These are complete scammers. I brought my old phone and they said they would pay me $1000, then they sold me a new phone and a smartwatch. They said I would pay $100 a month, and now I'm paying $150. Don't buy anything from this store, they are scammers, disgusting, awful people.
What a pathetic experience. Went today to inquire about porting my existing 3 lines and the guy got so irritated while explaining that eventually he went inside frustrated not to explain me anymore. Stay away from this store altogether and better get a better deal from Costco T-mobile if you’ve a Costco membership.
Just the worst experience ever. Representative took a long time just to figure out my eligibility for upgrade (finally found out that I can) and that I just had to change my plan. He changed my cell plan and then started the process for my "free" phone that would now actually be charged $18 per month due to what he called a "mandatory insurance" charge. Terrible customer service and attitude. We had to leave and go to a different T mobile store for help. Avoid this location and especially Johnathan.
