I bought two brand new phones and paid for them both in full. The store never credited my account that the phones were paid in full and didn't apply the promotion correctly. Now for my current bill I'm going through hoops to get this rectified. Never had this issue at any other store. Avoid this location.
Nahary was one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered at a T-Mobile store. People who make faces and smart ass remarks at paying customers should not work in customer facing positions. Based off the other reviews, I see this is a pattern for this location.
Terrible customer service. Employee, Larry, was not friendly at all. I had to make a phone call quickly to look up information from Verizon because I am switching from them and while I was, he just left the store. Did he quit? Go on break? Not sure, didn't say anything to me or the other employee working. Sometimes poor ratings are overblown, but for this store the 3 star avg rating is more than generous. I'd avoid this store.
Stay as far away from this location as possible. The manager Noah, is uncaring, unprofessional, disrespectful and totally rude. If T-Mobile were smart, they would terminate him immediately before they lose any more customers...
