Continues to be the most useless operation I've ever been to. Not sure why this store even exists. Been there 3 times in the last 2 months and they haven't been able to help me with a single thing. Wanted to get upgrades for my current phones. Asked the employee what options I had for rebates or free phones with exchanges. Guy laughed at me and said nobody gets upgrades for free. Everything is getting worse and worse in general.
Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived shortly before their posted closing time, and instead of being helped, I was immediately pressured to leave. The staff member claimed their systems were already shut down and actually told me I had to exit the building or the 'alarms would ring'—an absurd thing to tell a customer who is there during business hours. These are complete scammers. I brought my old phone and they said they would pay me $1000, then they sold me a new phone and a smartwatch. They said I would pay $100 a month, and now I'm paying $150. Don't buy anything from this store, they are scammers, disgusting, awful people.
