Walked in needing a new phone. Helped me quickly find one that was a good fit, and it wasn't the most expensive !
Bad service
They did very little to help me with an issue with a brand new phone I purchased from them. I didn't make a big deal. I left and received help at another T-Mobile store.
Please do not go to this T-Mobile if I could give a 0 star I would. The staff need more training, they will tell you about promotions but not how they fully work. Big mistake I’ve ever made, now I’m tied in a contract and being told good luck. Been a client for over 6years and trust me this facility was the worst experience I’ve encountered.
