Christopher was outstanding! So grateful I came to this location. I literally came in told them I needed a new phone for my elderly father and did not want it to be expensive on top of that I wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. I asked, he delivered! I was taken care of promptly and out the door in less than 45 minutes with a perfect new phone. At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into buying anything more expensive or outside of what I specifically requested.

Terrible service misled, overcharged, and disrespected I’ve been with T-Mobile over 20 years, but this store was the worst experience I’ve had. I came in for a warranty exchange on my iPhone 14 Pro (no damage, just a black screen). Customer Care approved the replacement and had it shipped here. But when I went to pick it up, Lania falsely claimed it had “external damage” and told me I was no longer eligible. I was pressured into buying a brand-new iPhone 16 Pro under false information. I would avoid this T-Mobile store at all cost. If I could give it a zero rating I certainly would. Their staff is totally rude and unwilling to provide the customer service that T-Mobile customers deserve and this is coming from a 10 year T-Mobile customer!!! Please go to another store if it all possible this store would be a complete waste of your time. I unfortunately had to find that out the hard way!!!

Walked in needing a new phone. Helped me quickly find one that was a good fit, and it wasn't the most expensive !
