I took my my 2022 moto g in to get 2025 moto g because battery was going dead fast every day. Josh deleted every thing from old phone and was unable to recover some dispite taking 1.5 hrs to transfer. He also got a tablet which I didnt want. 4 days latter I took everthing back. Tmobile billed me $175.14 . They have scammed thousands of customers with a better business bureau rating of 1.14 with 3851 customers. I would give 0 stars, They also keep billing after accounts are closed on other posts
