The Service representative was amazing he took time to check my phone and installed a new T-Mobile sims card. I was with Sprint and since the switch had been having issues with my phone. Be he was able to get nyvphone straight.
Devonne is an absolute treasure to this store. She was friendly and helpful and the experience felt like I was visiting a childhood friend instead of being sold to. I came in there for a selfie light and left with an iPhone 14 pro , air pods and a charger 🤗. I highly recommend this location and ask for Devonne.
I really do enjoy going to the T-Mobile in South Park Mall the staff there are terrific they are very knowledgeable they answered all my questions took care of me and my husband very well I can’t say enough about these people that work at work at T-Mobile Very great service
