Excellent customer service and support, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the phones they sell.
On multiple occasions I have had poor service. Somehow all my discounts disappeared raising my bill. They closed out my claim to get my phone fixed. Still have yet to get my phone fix. Never got the buy back deal for switching over. This has been a nightmare!!! Should have stayed with Verizon and paid the 300 a month
