honestly it was my first time at a t mobile ever service was so rude looked at me like I was nuts or something. honestly cried in my car about how awkward and unhelpful this person was. so don't recommend go somewhere else.
I went in, a guy told me he would set me up with a phone call because my phone didnt work. I waited for literally 35 minutes until he even helped me.
I changed my phone plan to reduce my phone bill and it went well making me save extra $20
Long wait.
