Great service
Kevin is horrible!! Normally l wouldn't be so harsh, but l went two weeks without the ability to use my phone because he changed my plan. A plan that doesn't have inbound or outbound calling. Smh!!!! After many chats with t-mobile's CSR; one was able to switch my plan back and provide a credit for the incompetence & unnecessary stress. I will not go to this location again.
Customer service was great. Explained everything in detail, also did a followup call
