I waited over an hour all I wanted to do was ask one question and he still made me wait he kept laughing at the girl that was working with him like something was funny but it makes no sense it's not just one store every time I go to any of them they make you wait a long time
They were very unhelpful. Sent me to another store for no reason.
Great customer service
This place is always busy and the staff are sometimes rushing you through and not really helping....just trying to sale phones and pricey plans.
Had the pleasure of doing business with Brianhna exceptional service add a couple of phone lines transferred all the info on one for my elderly dad she was very patient. Great job !
