The staff their looks,talks and acts completely unprofessional. The recent switch over from US Cellular is causing all kinds of issues. I went in hoping to resolve it and they said it wasn't their issue. Now what am I supposed to do? Paying this last bill and then switching over to Verizon.
Literally the worst customer service I've ever seen. T-Mobile is trash and during the US Cellular cross over they screwed up and over billed me by $800!! Went into the store and they flat put told me they couldn't help me and they "weren't" allowed to call for me. They also informed me that "maybe if I'd switched T-Mobile abd come to their store before the merger they might have been able to help me."
