You need more help or another store in freeport. I waited 1/2 hour, left. Came back and the store still had 5 people waiting. The 3rd time I waited again. This is ridiculous. I have other things to do than waste my time waiting for a simple question
Even though we got switched to T-mobile without our permission, (happened with the US Cellular merger), I was absolutely thrilled with the service that Ben at Freeport T-mobile gave us. I recently tried to switch to lower cost Mint and my phone glitched. I didn't have any internet service to know if the transfer went through. Ben was able to make some calls and find the reason. Thanks so much again Ben! This is exactly how customer service should be! This man deserves a raise/promotion!!

Took me a week and a half to get my phone switched from US CELLULAR to T-Mobile..spent over 6 hours on the phone talking to multiple people..2 trops to the store because I needed the numbers off my phone box to switch it over..3 year old phone but I had it..get back there and was told ih I guess you dont need it..ridiculious..got my first bill before the internet service was even hooked up..my phone thru US CELLULAR was 38.67 now it's 45.00 with T-Mobil..my new phone promotion that I was up for did not carry over so you lied... read more
