Ive been a loyal customer for 11yrs, james at the freeport location was rude, unprofessional, and didnt want to be bothered with customers. Will never recommend any one go to that store.
I can't stand when they add things I don't want now I have news ads on my lock screen despite selecting the NO option.

Very terrible customer services won't help there customers unless there buying a complete new phone you guys at these phone stores shouldn't be in there working if you don't know what the hell your doing
