My experience with James, the ONLY employee in the store; was exceptional. I witnessed in the almost four hours I was there, the most patient, kind and exceptional customer service I have ever seen. He had three sets of people at the counter, all experiencing a mirage of problems, three sets of people waiting and more coming through the door while I waited over two and a half hours to be the next in line.
