We cannot be more disappointed in T-Mobile and the staff in South County. Gio helped us initially and there were issues from the start. We were lied to about the service we would get and once received our bill were being charged substantially more than what was told to us. We were lied to about the areas they provide service to. James from TMobile was so helpful with my transaction today. There was such a long line of people behind me, but James remained calm, patient, and very friendly. My experience with James, the ONLY employee in the store; was exceptional. I witnessed in the almost four hours I was there, the most patient, kind and exceptional customer service I have ever seen. He had three sets of people at the counter, all experiencing a mirage of problems, three sets of people waiting and more coming through the door while I waited over two and a half hours to be the next in line.
