James from TMobile was so helpful with my transaction today. There was such a long line of people behind me, but James remained calm, patient, and very friendly. This TMobile location is very lucky to have him on their team. Highly recommend.

The nice folks in this store went above and beyond to help me get away from Verizon and come home to T-Mobile once again. The store manager, Nick, quite literally saved my life with this over 2 weeks trying to get a new phone after being targeted by violent perpetrators who robbed me and threw my old cell phone into the ocean.
My experience with Gio (Giovanni) was exceptional. He was extremely patient with me as I had a numerous amount of questions with my new phone. I had to revisit the store many times within a short period of time to fully understand the phone options, while waiting to be served I witnessed Gio providing the same quality of attention to others in the store. He seems to have a gift working with the older population. I would recommend GIO to anyone who is not phone savvy. Marilyn
