The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The transition to T Mobile was not as simple as expected and Giovanni spent the time with us to rectify this.
I’ve worked with Giovanni over the last several months to upgrade my phone and both my parents phones. He is beyond exceptional in technical capability, customer service, and everything in between. I was way overdue for a new cell phone. I went to my local T-Mobile store located in South County Commons in Rhode Island. I had the most wonderful sales person to work with his name was Giovanni. (Geo). Although Geo although he was the only one working and had several customers to attend to, he gave each person. His full attention.
