I just bought myself a samsung ultra 23 on amazon? And I took it to 49 S County Commons way South Kingstown, RI 02879 T mobile store lousy customer service? Since I purchased it through amazon they were explaining that they could not transfer my data from my old phone to my new one? and also put a screen protector on which I purchased through Amazon as well. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The transition to T Mobile was not as simple as expected and Giovanni spent the time with us to rectify this.

I’ve worked with Giovanni over the last several months to upgrade my phone and both my parents phones. He is beyond exceptional in technical capability, customer service, and everything in between.
