Graze and Aaron were an amazing help. Great service will be coming back!
My card expired so I had to update the information. Used the T-MOBILE app. What a hassle. Stopped in to T-MOBILE in Wayne, NJ on Hamburg Turnpike. Explained my situation to sales representative, Aaron. He verified my id, took care of problem and had me on my way in less than 7 minutes. Polite and professional. Excellent!...eap
