Great customer service
Best T-Mobile store in Illinois! Luis the manager and Anna are the best! Great customer service always pleasant always helpful and help me and wife every time we have a issue or just to pay our bill this is the best T-Mobile store I have visited they are very knowledgeable and answers all of our questions and concerns! Jackie and Carlos are excellent customer service!

It was so wonderful on my First time visiting this Tmobilw store in Chicago. I needed a new phone as my phone was getting old. First approach to the counter saying what I wanted, the representative took my phone and the phone I chose and got to work on setting up my new phone. The rest of everything was a snap, I HD a new phone and instructions of how to use my new phone. One day old and I am all set and comfortable using my new phone. Wonderful staff at this Tmobile store. I am a visitor from Boston, MASSACHUSETTS.
Anna was super helpful and got us set up quickly and very efficiently. 5 stars
