I always recommend T-Mobile, after today, never again! T-Mobile in general has taken a dive in service! Even after they admitted fault, they still refuse to help you fix their screw up!
OK t mobile, I finally received my cell spot and watched video and hooked up as it showed. Now, I can't even make a phone call. It tells me I'm not connected to the network. I'm pissed. I was assured by the sales rep that I would have excellent coverage in my area, but I can't even get on data half the time when out in my town. I can't even make call right now.
They SUCK!!!!! The new manager and a gum chewing (reminds me of a cow eating hay!) girl!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll deal with Costumer Service 800 # before I ever call this store!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
