What a great customer experience! First impression of the store: a clean, organized, tranquil vibe. While waiting to be helped, I observed all the T Mobile professionals helping young (and mostly old) customers with friendliness and respect. (All the customers were well behaved, too!) No pressure, no rushing from the staff - but an explanation of options with cost clearly stated. terrible customer service
If you’re able to drive a little further, the T-Mobile store on Spider Dr in Kannapolis is far better! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful! The one is Salisbury has a maximum of 3 employees even at the busiest times and don’t even acknowledge when someone walks in the door. Whereas, the Kannapolis store employees welcomed us as soon as we opened the door and helped us immediately. The store was full of customers, by the way
