We went in to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and sat down WITH ALICE and she was awesome. Did everything in her power to get us what we wanted and she did. Even confirmed with her manager. Whatever they're paying this girl it's not enough she deserves a raise. I highly recommend going to T-Mobile and speaking with Alice.
Travis at the Salisbury location is GREAT at what he does and seems to love helping solve problems. I watched this man work with 4 different customers at one time and everybody left satisfied. I will most definitely be returning to that location for any problem that may occur in the future.
I recently came in to the store a few weeks ago, searching for a new phone and service. My husband and I were helped by a lovely employee, I believe her name is Alice. She made the process of switching our phone service completely hassle-free for me and my husband.
