Stephanie Whaley, bro let me tell you when this girl took care of us with a quickness. My 8 year old is autistic and doesn’t do well with being patient. She was very prompt in helping us and getting what we needed done! The other two girls in there were won point! Blue braids and Adrianna. That’s the team you need TMOBILE!!!
Beyond thankful for the great customer service I received at this location. The sales representative went above and beyond for my phone issue and inspected my phone properly and with a great attitude. Highly recommend this location for your T mobile needs.
We’ve been with T-Mobile for several years. When my daughter switched providers, I called customer service several times to cancel the line we no longer needed. Instead of simply removing it, I was met with a lot of resistance. Two different agents refused to cancel the line, and one even offered me $100 just to keep paying for a line we weren’t using. For the first time the T-Mobile location in Mooresville, NC was spot on. Alice, if I remember correctly, was able to assist me with concerns and needs without hesitation. She knew exactly what needed to be done, and it was finished in no time at all. Her service was outstanding! Thank you for all your help.
Did not speak to anyone. There were only 2 workers and about 12 people so I left without speaking to anyone
