I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO LOOK AT THEIR ACCOUNTS!! I went into T-Mobile mid afternoon on August 29th, for a simple screen protector replacement. What a great experience! The negative reviews are wrong. All I can figure is that the reviewers came at a bad time and had to wait. Our situation… We had bought iPhones through Costco which meant that they were mailed to me via USPS. When we received them, we didn’t know what to do as we had been Android users ever since cellphones went digital. This location has a very helpful and friendly staff! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The manager, Zach, deserves special recognition as he solved my phone issue in a timely manner. He has great patience working with the public. I will be back in! I had a wonderful experience!
