We went in to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and sat down WITH ALICE and she was awesome. Did everything in her power to get us what we wanted and she did. Even confirmed with her manager. Whatever they're paying this girl it's not enough she deserves a raise. I highly recommend going to T-Mobile and speaking with Alice.
