Rated one star because zero is not an option. I was both lied to and then called a liar by an associate manager (Kyra Perez). I came in to correct a bill that was indeed inaccurate. The very unprofessional and ill advised manager insisted the bill was correct and insisted that I pay it and leave the store (of course I didn't pay that bill). A subsequent call to customer service confirmed that the bill was incorrect. I was advised not to pay that particular invoice but to expect a revised and accurate accounting.
