Watch out while trying to deal with these people who are pose to be here to help but yet ended up charging us more in the end and don’t even give us the promotion like we was pose to get. We signed up for another line and they told us our bill would go up another 30 yeah well now our phone bill is $430 because they explained one thing but our bill is now something different. I will for now on go to Winston atleast we get our stuff straight up there

I went to the t mobile store Thursday for an upgrade and to trade in two phones and even though I couldn’t exchange them for credit towards my upgrade. Jessi and Gabby were so helpful and patient with helping me move as much of my information off of my broken phones as they could. They really went above and beyond, honestly the best customer service I’ve even seen , they had so much patience and grace , they helped me understand everything about my upgrade and my contracts.
