I have visited many T-mobile locations across the United States. When I walked into this location, I felt a warm greeting by the manager. I felt that my concerns were taken seriously, and I was given enough time to make crucial decisions. The entire team, Timber, Devon, Julia, and Jesus, were accommodating and had all the right answers for my situation. Attitude without any help while offering false information. Edit: I went to this store 3 times. Twice only one employee was present, once 3 employees were present and playing on their phones. I had a referral from a friend which offered $100 for us both. The employee told me 3 times that the referral was only $50 despite the website showing that changed in May.
