Whatever messed up crap the Heber store did to our WiFi, this store completely undid so when your looking to get REAL service outta T-Mobile go here, NOT HEBER.
Shout out to Aryan for going absolutely above and beyond, this guy was efficiently helping multiple people at once including myself. Probably the best vibes you could get in a T-mobile store, I’m talkin good music, great conversation, and just a super friendly staff overall! Aside from that, super stoked to have t-mobile and a new phone, highly recommend this store, they’re awesome! Also I love t-mobile Tuesdays
Tuesday, August 4th, I had to drop by T-MOBILE, after a long day at work. for assistance with my Samsung phone that was literally messed up with advertisements and infected with "viruses". Anyway, a young gentleman, by the name of Santiago, without hesitation, looked over my phone after I explained to him what was going on with my phone. I've gone here at least five or six times in the last few years and every time I go into the store I'm left with more problems than answers. The staff are not helpful, not willing to help you, the managers don't care they just hide in the back room with the door closed. Don't go to this T-Mobile store, just go to any of the locations in salt lake where they actually care about customer experience.
Another "great".Park City.phine shop. Stood there for 5 mins and the guy grunted at me. Didn't ask any questions, just grunted. I left
