Augusto was absolutely great at explaining everything and getting us in and out with what we needed.
Employees sell cell phone lines and home internet service as “cancellable within 14 day free trial” then when works because T-Mobile service is horrible, and then you end up being billed several hundred dollars for nonfunctional equipment even after returned.
One employee. 14 people ahead of me. If the store is so busy, if there is no other T Mobile store within 30 miles, WHY DON’T THEY PROPERLY STAFF THEIR BUSINESS?
