Visited this store recently due a broken phone. Eduardo was extremely helpful, I walked out with a new phone and all my information transferred. Great customer service.
I am not a frequent reviewer but in this case I am so very appreciative of the fantastic service I got from Marco at the Park City store. I am not particularly tech savvy and ran into an issue that I felt needed in person help. I impulsively switched to a different carrier to get a new phone and immediately regretted my decision. Thankfully I could return the phone but dreaded the switch back procedure. It was, in fact, quite a complicated deal but Marco handled it beautifully and mission accomplished!!!
