Liars and thieves in this pirate crew. We wanted to change carriers and lower our monthly bill. We asked for the 55+ program and Pirate Captain Jose and crew promtly pushed us to the Go5G plan, never explaining the price difference. "Free phones!" (excpet it was one free and one full price). "What will our monthly bill be?" asked numerous times and the answer was always "$110.00". First statement was over $220.00. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!
Loved the prepaid after I initial glitch . Manager and staff were absolutely great so after year or so decided to go post paid . New manager new location no big so I thought . Everything manager told me was a lie all that he assured us wouldn't happen did and everything he assured us would only one of 6 did . If was previous staff I would have given them 10 out of 5 stars now would give e negative 2 but because there is one or two on staff I believe truly try when not receiving interference from manager I'll rate a 2 .
