Had a great experience. I didn’t know what to expect honestly but I got great service and comfidence that I could get the support I needed to get me a new phone. I had a difficult situation with my accounts and Skylyn used EVERY possible method to help me. I was about to walk out but she gave me confidence to stay and I ending up buy a case for my new phone and a charger just because she was excellent honestly.
