Conner & the staff at the Portland, TN store were awesome. Very professional and they explained everything clearly. They listened and helped us accomplish our goals. They worked as a team and never were pushy about any sales agendas. They made us feel comfortable and everything they suggested made sense for our scenario.
Lukeus was great! So I thought, I get my Internet box back home and come to find out it's not servicing my area. Also upon checking the information he added he used my Florida address. Like dude I'm in TN!!! And I gave him the new home address. Do better and listen don't just be after people's coins. I get your job is to make sales but learn to listen to the customer so less mistakes are made. Now I have to drive an hour away to return the equipment I CAN'T use.
I took my friend to get a new phone we stopped in T-Mobile in Portland Tn An Riley waited on us he was so knowledgeable about his products an the service that they offer so we chose them i hope T-Mobile knows how great employee Riley is
For the past two years of business experience with the company I have received fraud from them. I thought I was paying for certain items for a certain amount of time and I was in fact making payments and not being allowed to pay what I owed. Two years ago I thought I purchased a phone and paid one off. I have been informed that I could have but the money was not going to the end goal. BEWARE. I EVEN ASKED FOR A LINE ITEM DETAILING THE ACTUAL PAYMENT AND WAS LIED TO.
BE CAREFUL GOING TO THIS STORE OR LET ALONE THIS COMPANY!!They will steal your phone!! They say they are going to warranty your phone and give you a temp phone and call you when your warranty phone is in and you will not hear from them for over a year. And when you ask what happened they will completely waste your time and say your “out of luck” ALL I CAN SAYNIS STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE AND COMPANY!!!
