I keep getting charged and I am no longer a customer. I can't get ahold of anyone and using the call back feature they hang up. Their customer service is the worst. Its Comcast except slower and more frustrating.
Jessie waited on us and was GREAT, she took her time explaining to my Mom about her new phone and the monthly charge, she transferred everything from old to new, EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you
